Take responsibility for the commercial management and control of all commercial processes at the headquarters Stadtlohn and the other locations of the company, no financial and accounting department Monitoring of commercial project execution and receivable management Further development of project-related construction site control Analysis and evaluation of key figures Support for operational NU management Show and implement organisational improvements including project participants Personal responsibility and professional and disciplined personnel management in the field Contact person for management in all commercial matters

Commercial vocational training and subsequent further training, gladly completed studies Multiannual guidance-responsible professional experience in the same function, ideally in the construction industry Application of controlling instruments Self-employed, motivated and entrepreneurial High level of responsibility, confidentiality, reliability, communication skills, social competence and team spirit Very good MS Office knowledge (MS-365)
