In the team we take over the communication of the customer requests and accompany the legal processes for modernization projects for 500,000 apartments. We are in close cooperation with our regional units. More precisely, you perform the following tasks:

From Day 1: You have the opportunity to contribute to your ideas in process optimization to ensure customer satisfaction and thus take direct influence on the performance of a DAX group Interface management: Work hand in hand with regional and local specialist departments Customer support: You are comppetene:r Contact:in for customer requests during modernization and related complex issues. You are processing objections from the organisation of all necessary documents on the preparation of the opinion for the court and compliance with all deadlines

You can inspire yourself to topics of real estate management and want to take responsibility Your studies, ideally with a focus on real estate or law, will benefit you from your completed real estate or commercial training with further education Good time management and structured work allow you to keep an overview even in challenging situations You always focus on the client when finding the solution and have a high claim to the qualitative performance of your tasks Good knowledge of MS-Office completes your profile – in addition, first knowledge of SAP is of advantage, but are not a must – we will gladly teach you the necessary knowledge
