With your application, you will be ready to submit declarations of commitment under §1 of the Act of Obligation and to deal with classified information as well as, if necessary, other declarations of commitment required for the activity. You will continue to agree with reliability checks and security checks.

As a service engineer (specialist) (m/w/d), you work independently and in full with interference with the focus of Voice/UCC for all standard and in part customer-specific products that cannot be solved by the use of known workarounds. During the entire process, you are also in direct exchange with internal units, partners and customers. As part of the Incident Management or an escalation in the event of major disturbances, but also in the case of individual disturbances, you take over the overarching E2E coordination/control of the failure of the service including the third party involved and keep the customers informed (deescalation management). You take over the multiplier function as part of side-by-side coaching, as well as the independent processing and provision of work instructions and documents for knowledge management. You work project-related as part of product upgrades, bids and the development of process instructions.

A completed technical study or comparable vocational training and professional experience (> 2 years) in the fields of communications technology, electrical engineering or computer science. Solid knowledge of networks, systems and services in the fields of IP/Data, Ethernet, routing, switching and mobile. Advanced knowledge in the operation of SIP trunks, voice gateways, UCC solutions and protocols for voice transmission and signaling. Secure handling of SIP traces and call flow analyses for error diagnosis (among others about Wireshark). Safe handling of office applications as well as the willingness to communicate technical expertise in your own area High commitment, responsibility and quality awareness, team skills and reliability. Willingness to work in shiftwork or sliding time with willingness to call. Procuring knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing (B1 to GER or better).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
