Projektmanager (m/w/d) Credit & Risk Management This is your team You like to analyze balance sheets, have a potential for numbers and commercial credit commitments are always exactly your thing? Then you're right with us. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our credit department with 13 dedicated employees. Together, you are responsible for the credit assessments and financing decisions for our leasing engagements – a central lever for stability, growth and risk management at Mercator leasing Your team works closely with sales, credit organization and risk management. You give orientation, meet clear decisions, promote professional development and create an environment in which responsibility, quality and cooperation are obvious. You are responsible for the credit assessment of our customers (pure B2B business) taking into account all relevant documents You meet credit decisions within your competence You prepare decisions for Community and body competencies (e.g. credit committee) You ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and regulatory requirements You work with internal areas in a solution-oriented manner and work with You have the professional, personal and organizational management of the credit department and ensure the performance and further development of your team You optimise existing processes and develop new workflows – even with a view to digitalization You lead the employees according to the leadership of Mercator-Leasing

You have a completed commercial training with further qualification (e.g. state-tested:r Betriebswirt:in, Betriebswirt:in IHK) or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in commercial credit, or financing environment You bring first leadership experience or want to consciously develop into a leadership role You have a well-founded knowledge of the analysis of economic conditions and credit decision in commercial credit exposures You can analyze complex issues in a structured manner and prepare them for decisions You work responsibly, solution-oriented and meet clear decisions You are happy to lead, develop and achieve results together You convince by communication strength, reliability and a high degree of self-responsibility You think process-oriented and entrepreneurial, recognize potential for improvement and actively introduce ideas to make processes more efficient and sustainable – always with a view to the team and the company
