Black Digits creates the technological foundation for digital freedom of choice in Europe. As an IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the Lidl and Kaufland trade divisions as well as the Black Production and PreZero. At the same time, we act as an independent provider on the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. We bundle our core services in the areas of cloud, cyber security, data & AI, communication and workspace. You also contribute to the digital freedom of choice in Europe.

SaaS & PaaS operation: You take the first interference for our relevant platforms, detect misconfigurations and fix them directly to standard procedures. Platform integrity: You've got the STACKIT service dashboards in your eye, identify platform posts early and initiate targeted escalations. Single Point of Contact: You are the professional voice of STACKIT towards our national and international customers (e.g. Lidl, Kaufland) and ensure a first-class customer experience. Interface function: You will be able to qualify complex incidents with precise pre-analysis for a smooth transfer to the 2nd level support or the Product Engineering teams. Knowledge Management: You document new solutions in our Knowledge Base and thus contribute to the steady increase in the first-fix rate. SLA-Compliance: You ensure compliance with our Service Level Agreements and prioritize tasks according to business criticality in the dynamic cloud environment. .
