In-house lawyer (m/f/d)

You take over the independent legal advice of the bodies, departments and subsidiaries regarding all legal matters. You actively contribute to the development of the bank and the department in relation to bank, technical and organizational matters. You perform operational and strategic tasks as well as the independent implementation of legal and regulatory innovations.

You have a qualification as a full lawyer, syndicate attorney, syndicate attorney (m/w/d) and bring professional experience. A bank lesson is advantageous, but no requirement. You have knowledge in particular in banking and capital market law (in particular also credit law, but also securities law), supervisory law and contract law. You have an affinity for compliance and sustainability as well as a team-oriented, systematic way of working with high analytical skills. You have a high outcome and target orientation, enforcement ability as well as very good contact and communication skills. You show above-average commitment, commitment and resilience as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking and action.
