Account Manager (m/w/d)

Together with your colleague, you take responsibility for handling liability damage from all private risks. Not only do you bring your expertise, but also ensure that damage is handled quickly and within the meaning of all parties involved. In each regulatory step, you act cost-consciously and efficiently. You use proven processes and methods that not only regulate the damage, but also focus on customer service. In this way, you contribute to ensuring that damages are handled in a user-friendly and smooth manner. You are an important respondent in damage regulation. Your colleagues actively advise and support them in finding tailor-made solutions.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a commercial training with a multi-year professional experience in the insurance industry. Ideally, you already have experience in regulating liability damage. This expertise allows you to efficiently evaluate damage cases and to find fast, customer-oriented solutions. Your strong communication skills and your strong negotiation skills make you a competent respondent – whether for customers or in exchange with other departments. With your high service awareness and excellent team skills, you actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere and ensure that customers know each other in the best hands.
