Resolution and Responsibility of a defined group of employees Interface to social security institutions, authorities and other external contacts Creation of certificates, notifications and monthly evaluations self-sponsored support and advice of employees and Managers in all tax and social insurance issues for billing Served, digital and analog personal master data management incl. Absences (sickness, holidays, parental leave, etc.) Preparation and monitoring of tax and social security checks Pro-active impulses for the further development and optimization of processes in our own field Working with different HR projects

Very good knowledge of the pay bill you have acquired in at least 3 years of professional experience Open, confident, authentic and service-oriented personality with AHands-on -- Mentality A pronounced social competence and empathy in dealing with people of different nationalities As a HR Service service provider, you recognize and understand the concerns and challenges of our colleagues at an early stage and create solutions pro-active Motivation to work into different topics and to introduce your own ideas Very good German and safe English knowledge in word and writing
