Implementation of regulatory measures including the adoption of arrangements, forced measures and anti-dumping procedures Coordination with neighbours and borders as well as coordination of internal and external opinions (e.g. planning office, conservation of monuments, environmental protection, state council office) Independent consulting of contractors, architects and interested parties in the run-up of construction projects, including assessment of the prospects for success of construction applications and development of design alternatives Processing of constructional procedures: approval, simplified and knowledge-making procedures as well as pre-inquiries Development of special and individual solutions in the case of construction law procedures, testing of neighbouring disputes, deviations and exemptions Processing of appeal proceedings, coordination with legal supervision and, where appropriate, external lawyers Execution of construction supervisory procedures (including decision on measures)

A successfully completed degree in an administrative or legal degree course (e.g. Diplom-Administrator, Bachelor of Arts – Public Management, Jura) or an education as an administrative specialist with a second examination / administration specialist Professional experience in public building law or comparable administrative experience Experience in the processing of legal remedies, ideally related to public building law Own initiative, sense of responsibility and commitment Commitment appearance as well as pronounced communication, cooperation and team skills Self-employed, customer- and result-oriented work Class B driving licence
