Leadership of Finance Accounting Team with Key Accounting, Assets and Creditor Accounting Ensuring the smooth running of classical accounting, in particular: main accounting including compilation of the accounts of German companies Creditor accounting including audit Plant accounting

Active participation and support of organisational changes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team Ensure trouble-free end-to-end processes and group-wide harmonisation of accounting processes in the main and secondary book to ensure the best possible data quality Conduct of samples and audit-related checks (IKS), analysis of deviations and initiation of appropriate measures Development and monitoring of relevant KPIs as a basis for continuous improvement processes focusing on reducing non-value-creating activities and promoting automation and digitization Contact person for auditors, including foreign subsidiaries Ensuring the completeness of financial data to consolidated subsidiaries Acquisition of SAP Main Book Processes

Educational Account Holder (IHK) / Business Administration (Bachelor/Master) Multiannual relevant professional experience in a comparable role Knowledge of HGB and DRS Cross-module knowledge in ERP systems, deepens SAP FI/CO Knowledge in the accounting process and in corresponding systems (Smart Invoice or the like) Experience with the use of AI or automation in financial processes Embossed communicative skills and the ability to guide teams motivating and supporting German and English Advanced or deepened knowledge in Office 365, especially Excel
