Individual support and processing of all personnel processes and matters. From onboarding to offboarding, through labour law processes and legislative changes to administrative processing. Personal advice and support for our employees and executives in all personal questions and concerns. Participation in job placement and selection procedures as well as personnel planning and controlling. Close and trustworthy cooperation with the department management, the staff team, the executives and offices as well as external bodies.

Complete study with a focus on human resources management, business management or related areas with multi-year professional experience in labour law. The place is also suitable for working students or a legal ancillary activity with successful completion of the 1st. State exams in the field of law or a related degree course with practical experience in labour law. Professional experience in collective bargaining (TVöD) and civil servant law, as well as in staff support and procurement. Wide expertise in employment law and application procedures, ideally also in the areas of social security and tax. High service and solution orientation as well as strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills as well as legal and numerical awareness for all operational and administrative tasks. Loyalty, discretion and team capacity. Very good MS Office knowledge. Experience in digital personal files management of advantage.
