Your mission

• The thermal coating of components with different layer systems belongs to your working area
• They are responsible for the preparation as well as the control and sandblasting of the components
• You monitor the specified system parameters throughout the entire process
• They carry out tests with respect to diameter, layer thickness and roughness
• Executing measurement checks with conventional measuring instruments such as micrometer stirrs, ski pads and other measuring tools is not a new country for you
• Maintenance and maintenance of plant engineering must be carried out according to defined requirements (TPM)

Your superpowers

• They bring commitment and willingness to learn
• They have completed vocational training preferably in the metal sector
• Handling of measuring tools and reading of technical drawings and work plans are not strange to you
• Knowledge and experience in the field of thermal spraying (HVOF/plasma) and operation of robots or CNC machines are desirable
• Knowledge in the field of process engineering is advantageous
• A careful working and quality awareness complete your profile
• You have readiness to operate three shifts
• They bring commitment and willingness to learn
• They work reliably and are team capable
• Forklift license of advantage
