We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of heat networks: Senior Analyst for Energy Management and Business Strategy (m/w/d) Strategy & decision support: You analyze relevant market, policy and industry developments and develop the district heating strategy on this basis. Through well-founded technical and economic evaluations, you can derive stressable recommendations for top management to further develop the heat infrastructure.

Energy Economic Analysis: You create and prepare energy-economic analyses for Executive Board, Supervisory Board and Investment Decisions. In addition, you will develop presentations, opinions and reviews for internal and external issues.

Scenarios & Modelling: You develop and update energy-economic scenarios and build complex quantitative models for short-, medium- and long-term evaluation of the district heating strategy.

Data management & digitization: You design and implement solutions for digitization, automation and further development of processes. Build and maintain databases using modern programming languages.

Project management: You independently manage strategic projects, in particular in the context of network expansion and decarbonization. Here you conduct scenario analyses as a basis for investment decisions and economic planning.

Innovation & Product Management: You continuously observe the market, actively contribute to innovation and product management and apply for funding programmes for district heating projects. In close cooperation with specialist areas along the value chain, you will also support the leadership in committee and association work on strategic topics of district heating.

Mainova AG is subject to the collective agreement for utility companies TV-V and the remuneration for this agency is in the remuneration group 13. In addition to 13 monthly salaries, you will receive a performance-oriented bonus as well as numerous attractive benefits.

Complete studies (e.g. energy, economic engineering, engineering or similar)

Multiannual experience in the energy industry, ideal for district heating

Very good analytical skills and experience with modeling and data analysis

Knowledge of common programming languages (e.g. Python) of advantage
