With about 100 employees, the company stands for quality, technical competence and long-term partnerships in the B2B environment. In the course of an age succession, we are looking exclusively for a technically versed employee (m/w/d) in the sales service, which provides its experience in the construction sector in a targeted manner in offering management, project calculation and customer support. Technical Sales Service & Supply Management: Creating and developing technical offers for demanding roof and facade projects in the industrial and commercial environment (B2B). Project cost calculation & cost assessment: Own-responsible costing of material, wage and contractor services for larger construction projects. Call processing: Analysis of tenders, performance directories and construction plans as the basis for sound tender and project decisions. Technical customer support: Close cooperation with customers, architects, planners and the field service. After-calculation & Reporting: Implementation of post-calculations and creation of cost and project analyses to support the management.

Complete training in commercial or crafts or studies in construction Multiannual professional experience in the sales service, in the calculation, project execution or construction management, ideally in the roof, facade or metal construction field Technical understanding, structured working methods and pronounced number affinity. Communication strength, customer orientation and joy at the interface between technology, sales and project business. Driving license class B as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing.
