Your tasks as a management team at BeneVit: • Responsibility for the household sector: ensuring the quality and organisation of the business processes. • Collaboration with the nursing service: Close cooperation for the implementation of our concept of house-community. • Personnel management and development: management and promotion of the household management team. • Service planning: efficient service planning and deployment planning. • Quality management: ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards. • Food planning and preparation: monitoring of menu planning and optimization of catering. • Budget responsibility: cost control and efficient use of resources. • Team leadership: development and promotion of cooperation between all professional groups.

Your profile: • Training: completed qualification as a state-tested domestic management, master of households, study of ecotrophology or health specialist, housekeeper • Management experience: experience in the management of an economic team. • Commitment and openness: You are motivated, creative and solution-oriented. • Communication strength and team spirit: you like to work in a dynamic environment.
