Your tasks in detail: Innovation, Architecture & Project Management: Cooperation in projects and support in support of the telephony landscape of Mercedes-Benz Sales and the logistics center in Germany Support for location migration, carve-outs and call number acquisitions Documentation and communication of project progress Optimization of telephone accessibility in the locations to be supervised Implementation of ideas to save costs in the telephony environment Visualization and optimization of telephony processes Cooperation and advice: Close cooperation with internal business partners (e.g. call center areas) to understand their requirements and to develop and implement tailor-made solutions Product Ownership, Incident and Change Management Coordination and control of internal and external IT service providers in case of malfunctions, changes and technical adjustments Analysis and tracking of complex telephony interference across multiple systems and technical responsibility areas Coordination of Root-Cause analyses and derivation and follow-up of technical measures Support in the provision, exchange, migration and out-of-use of telephony terminals and call numbers Support for specific challenges of telephony users Escalation management The activity can begin from December 2026.
