Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) - Sales & Volume Hiring

You are responsible for the occupation of sales positions in Inside Sales / Telesales at about five of our locations in Germany – focusing on efficient and high-quality settings.

You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from job alerts to selections to contract signatures and stay contact for your candidates until the start day.

You work closely with colleagues from Recruiting, Hiring Managers, People Partner and HR Operations Team – both locally and remotely via MS Teams.

You control proactive interview processes, coordinate appointments, get feedback and ensure a consistently positive candidate experience – even with a high application volume.

You regularly analyze your recruiting metrics – such as Time-to-Hire or Conversion Council – and thereby initiate concrete measures to optimize your processes.

You support active sourcing activities, develop creative search strategies, and target matching talents through different channels.

You bring experience as a talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter in end-to-end recruiting.

You have already successfully occupied positions in sales or in high-volume recruiting processes – ideally in the White-Collar environment.

You work structured, conscientious and have experience in the care and evaluation of recruiting data – e.g. with SmartRecruiters, Power BI or Excel.

You communicate clearly, bindingly and professionally – both with applicants and internal contacts such as hiring managers and colleagues from the team.

You work targeted and with a high degree of self-responsibility to achieve your monthly settings.

You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality with you and tackle challenges proactively and solution-oriented.
