Imagine you're the person who makes sure everything's right at the end of the month. The fact that salaries are paid on time and correctly, questions are answered and employees feel well removed. As HR Payroll Specialist (m/w/d), you are exactly this person with us. Not only do you keep our salary bills running, but you are also an important person for our employees – whether in case of billing, during parental leave or in case of changes in working relationship. You work closely with internal teams, external payroll providers and authorities and actively shape our HR processes of tomorrow. Overview of your tasks

With us you take responsibility – and actively shape it with: You independently tax the pay and salary bill for our companies – from preparation to preparation You are the first contact person for our employees on all questions about Payroll You accompany parents and colleagues in parents with empathy and expertise You coordinate our external payroll service providers in Germany and abroad and ensure smooth operations You actively promote the development and professionalization of our HR processes and tools You support strategic HR projects and introduce yourself to various topics You can communicate safely with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions You support our strategic HR projects and work actively in various topics

You'll fit us if you're not just technically convincing, but also with your kind: Completed commercial or business training Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Very good knowledge of P&I LOGA and how to deal with MS Office Ideally first experience and success in HR projects Very good English skills, other languages are a plus A communicative, service-oriented personality with a strong team idea
