You take over the role of support for EEG and KWK customers. In this position you take on a variety of tasks relating to contract and customer support. Your main tasks include: The installation of contracts for PV installations in the contractual settlement Implementation of tariff changes, e.g. when changing to the small business organization Adjustments when changing the measurement concept such as the conversion of full feeding to excess feeding Comprehensive customer service for EEG and KWK plants – by phone and in writing, including: Processing of bank connection changes and adjustment of deposit payments Declaration of settlements and support in the case of requests for EEG or KWK settlement clarification of general concerns about EEG plants, such as contract details or technical questions Ensuring friendly and competent communication to provide our customers with a positive service experience Coordination and clarification of technical cases with the department, depending on the complexity

A prerequisite is commercial vocational training. We require several years of professional experience and well-founded expertise in the above-mentioned fields of activity. You have a pronounced affinity for computer systems and experience in the application of the Schleupen software. You have a well-founded knowledge of the energy regulations (e.g. EnWG, StromGVV, We also require the safe handling of the current MS Office programs.
