General office work and all correspondence and telephone services Implementation of SGU terminal control including detection Responsibility for holiday planning and corresponding documentation Planning, procurement and demonstration of temporary workers Creation of offers for spare parts and proactive tracking Administration of the vehicle inventory, including tank card management and driving licence controls Monitoring of test periods and planning and demonstration of training

Completed commercial training, for example as a businessman or a comparable qualification Experience gained in administrative support of management or in a similar assistance function Safe handling of current MS Office applications Ownership of a valid passenger car license (Grades B) and the willingness to occasional operations at the Boxdorf site A structured, reliable way of working and a pronounced organisational skills
