Our team ''Development Cloud enabled Charging' is currently offering a work-studierendestelle in the field of customer research, machine learning and data science. These challenges include: Application of natural language algorithms to documents and customer data Development of agentic AI methods for user testing Analysis and combination of multiple data sources for Customer Charging Insights Visualization of insights to support product development Integration of results into an existing customer research system The work student activity can start from September 2025.

Course in Computer Science, Engineering or Similar Ideal knowledge in NLP, LLM, ML Experiences in Python, NLP/ML-relevant tools and libraries and SW development methods Creativity, innovative mindset and analytical thinking Communication and team skills Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
