Strategic construction and further development of a company-wide CPMO as a central control and service unit Establishment and enforcement of project management standards (classical, agile, hybrid) Responsibility for IT project portfolio management incl. Priority to Business Value, Resources and Risks Control of cross-departmental programmes and escalation management in critical projects Leadership and further development of the PMO team Ensuring transparency and reporting for management and decision-making bodies Integration of quality, risk and compliance requirements in project processes (e.g. ITIL, ISO 27001) Advising top management and stakeholders as well as facilitating portfolio and control bodies

Complete study of (economic) informatics, BWL or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project and portfolio management, ideally in the IT environment Founded leadership experience, preferably in the PMO or in a comparable function Deep knowledge of common PM standards (e.g. PMI, IPMA, agile methods) Experience in building and controlling PMO structures in complex organizations Strong understanding of IT governance and IT service management processes Impressed Analytical and Strategic Skills and Implementation Strength High communication and enforcement capability in handling C-level stakeholders
