You will find your results within the framework of project documentation, presentations and reports and will present them regularly to the field management. You design and implement standards for quality assurance, efficiency improvement and compliance with legal requirements at local level You perform an interface function between the teams throughout Germany and the central development department of the technical service

You have completed a degree, e.g. in the fields of real estate management, management & economics, project management or the like, or have successfully completed a commercial training with additional qualification Ideally, you already have experience in managing and implementing projects as well as processes and have knowledge in the housing industry that you want to contribute profitably. You have been able to successfully complete your previous projects with your strong analytical skills and your structured working methods You are able to quickly penetrate complex facts and understand how to point them to specific target groups.
