Clerk - Assembly Planning / Scheduling / Logistics (m/f/d)

Our company is a family business in 2nd generation based in Herdorf, Rheinland Pfalz.

We operate as a small medium-sized company with around 40 employees in the field of container system construction and as a service provider in the field of Germany-wide container rental for companies and the public sector. Around the production and rental of modern and individual room systems, we offer our customers everything from a single source. From consulting/planning to special production and delivery to turnkey delivery. You support the creation of the execution and appointment-oriented assembly planning of container buildings in relation to the assembly sequence, the assembly work to be carried out, the coordination of external disciplines (e.g. lightning protection etc.) and the coordination of the construction site equipment incl. crane position, scaffolding, shut-offs, road locks etc. You manufacture and distribute written assembly orders You plan (personal) capacity planning weekly in coordination with assembly and operating management You manufacture and manufacture the assembly folders including all documents required for the smooth installation, such as project master sheet, execution plans, construction descriptions, assembly orders, construction sequences or Timetables, assembly checklist and loading list You create and distribute the logistics documents incl. Loading list based on assembly planning You will secure the accommodation of the Monteur: in the case of mounting inserts for several days, including booking of accommodation You internally process all documents arising during assembly (delivery certificates, proof of hours, proof of performance, etc.) You are equal to the building day reports of all internal and external technicians: both on correctness and completeness and secure the immediate deposit in the respective project file

You have a completed training as a disponent:in, in the engineering or commercial field or in an equivalent similar profession. You have good commercial and technical understanding as well as cost-conscious thinking and acting You have one or more years of professional experience in equal or similar activities You have good organizational skills with understanding of internal and external dependencies You are secure for talk and negotiation with external business partners:inside You have the ability to short-term improvisation and solution finding and are mentally resilient even in stressful / hectic situations You have secure computer skills incl. Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
