Hessen Mobil connects people and places in Hesse. As a road construction agency, we are responsible for the complete value chain of road construction and take care of mobility strategies, planning, construction, road operation and traffic management. The planning and construction department deals with the planning, construction and maintenance of federal roads, national roads and cycle paths: From the demand determination of a new road to surveying, preliminary draft, approval and execution planning to construction and conservation. Furthermore, the department is responsible for the new construction and maintenance of numerous engineering structures, such as tunnels or bridges, as well as the coordination of national care, immission protection and drainage planning. To strengthen the department of Bau Südhessen, we are looking for one / one for our office Heppenheim at the next possible time: Engineer (m/d) for bridge construction

Your responsibility is for the project responsibility for bridge construction and repair measures, as well as support structures and noise protection systems on federal, state and circular roads – as a contractor of Hessen Mobil. You will also prepare construction measures, including the preparation of tender documents based on draft structures or repair concepts for simple building repairs (EBI) You have fun coordination with internal specialist departments, engineering offices and external project participants. Your tasks include the publication of tenders and the testing and values of the offers. You monitor the construction contract execution of the construction measures on site. In addition, you plan and monitor the project-related dates and costs and finally manage the billing of the construction measures. For special engineering services and partly for Lph6-8, you commission engineering offices and maintain these contracts.

You have a completed university degree (FH-Diplom / Bachelor) of Civil Engineering with a focus on constructive engineering, road construction, basic construction, construction or a comparable qualification You bring basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ZTV-ING, DIN 1045, VOB) with First practical experience in construction preparation, construction implementation and billing are advantageous Ideally, you have knowledge of HOAI and experience in the award and support of engineering contracts Good user knowledge of MS Office standard software as well as specialist software in the areas of call and billing (e.g. ITWO) are desirable You also have very good oral and written expressability in German (comparable level C1 CEFR) The activity is linked to missions and therefore the driving licence class B is required.
