Career changer with truck driver's license to bus driver (m/f/d)

We, KVG Stade GmbH & Co.KG, have been the largest provider of bus services in Lower Saxony since the company was founded in 1928. A good 1,000 employees and more than 480 vehicles from the KVG are used daily.

We are looking for dynamic personalities with truck driver's license, who are willing to take the next step to get a bus driver's license – whether full-time or part-time.

For Soltau we are looking for:

Bus driver's license to the bus driver (m/w/d)

Tasks

On the way to the bus ticket:

• Participation in practical and theoretical driving lessons for acquisition of class D bus driver certificate
• Supplementary training for accelerated basic qualification (BGQ)

After passing examination:

• They drive buses on recurring lines in local public transport (ÖPNV).
• They ensure reliable and punctual driving.
• They pay attention to the functionality and safety of the vehicles and report detected damage to our workshop.
• You will inform passengers about schedules, fares and connections, sell the appropriate tickets and support other concerns.

Your profile

• For several years, they have an EU licence for class C or CE.
• They bring the willingness to acquire the bus ticket and show a high level of willingness to learn.
• They work customer-oriented and have good German skills at level B1.
• They are characterized by reliability, helpfulness and a friendly appearance to colleagues, colleagues and passengers.
• You can imagine working with us as a bus driver (m/w/d).
