You are a dedicated and sensitive educational specialist who wants to support people in difficult situations of life? In the Vitos special living form of Riedstadt, we care for adults with chronic mental illnesses. At the next time we are looking for a social education (m/w/d) in full or part-time.

You accompany and treat people with chronic mental illnesses in combination with challenging behaviors or special needs for participation. You work according to a person-centric approach and promote the independence of our clients through individual, life-structural care according to the current personal-centred integrated participation planning (PiT). As a coordinating reference person, you set up personal-centred integrated participation plans (PiT), work with the piT of the LWV and agree closely with the community-based psychoatrical association and other cooperation partners.

You have a corresponding degree (Social Work B.A or M.A) or a completed training. You have experiences in the care of people with mental disabilities. You have a high level of professional and personal commitment. You are convinced by communicative competence, decision-making, enforcement and an independent way of working. In dealing with the personal-centred Integrated Management Plan (PiT), you are familiar with a car driver's license and have good PC skills (MS Office).

You work in a highly professional and motivated and family team and have the opportunity to actively introduce and implement your ideas. With us you benefit from a financially strong overall package: You will receive a fee according to TVöD-SuE (S12) with a salary between 3.967,57€ and 4.590.75€ depending on your qualification and experience. In addition, you will receive supplements, an annual special payment of 85% of a monthly salary, as well as an occupational pension, into which we deposit 5.7% of your gross salary per month. The wage range indicated refers to full-time employment. For parttime jobs, the salary is calculated proportionately.
