Completed commercial training with ideally advanced qualification (e.g. business economist, Bachelor or Master in BWL) Multiannual experience in sales, ideally related to the beverage industry or to the retail and beverage sector Funded knowledge of the beverage market and the GFGH landscape as well as a resilient network in the sales area Secure handling of MS Office, CRM systems, digital sales tools and process-supporting IT systems Safe to negotiate, efficient and routined in dealing with presentations Communication strong, contacting and empathy Own-initiative, enforceable and decision-making Structured, organized and solution-oriented Ready to learn, powerful and resilient Creative, enthusiastic and team-oriented Analytical thinking with a data-driven mode of operation Hands-on mentality with clear target orientation
