The company implements sophisticated civil engineering projects, road construction work and modern infrastructure measures for public and commercial contractors in southern Germany. Creation of calculations and offers in the field of civil engineering, road construction and infrastructure construction Analysis of tenders, performance directories and construction plans Determination of material costs, personnel costs and equipment costs Pick-up and evaluation of post-contractor offers Support for work preparation and project planning Participation in pricing and supply strategies Close cooperation with building management, project management and purchasing Support in the economic and technical evaluation of construction projects

Completed training or studies in civil engineering, civil engineering, civil engineering or comparable qualification (m/w/d) in construction, ideally in civil engineering or road construction Safe handling of tenders, performance directories and technical documents Knowledge of costing software, MS Office and ideally AVA systems Analytical thinking and a structured and careful way of working Communication strength, team skills and responsibility Interest in complex infrastructure projects and economic relationships
