IT Platform Owner Endpoint - 32-40 Std/Woche (m/f/d)

As an IT Platform Owner Endpoint (m/w/d) at the Essen or Muttenz department in the IT Service Center department, you take the technical responsibility for the operation and further development of our central endpoint management platform based on Microsoft Intune and actively participate in its strategic orientation You make sure that our Windows, MacOS and mobile devices are managed securely and in compliance with the rules – including Azure administration, connected clients and iOS devices You define and control the framework conditions for device configuration policies, compliance rules and application deployments in close coordination with IT Security and thus ensure a stable, sustainable and standardized client environment With Endpoint Analytics, you monitor system performance, update processes and user experiences, conduct optimizations and control their implementation You initiate and coordinate the automation of recurring tasks – e.g. with PowerShell scripts – and so actively contributes to efficiency improvement and process optimization As part of the 2nd and 3rd level support, you control the qualified analysis and elimination of complex disorders and are responsible for the sustainable solution

You also have several years of experience in endpoint management, especially Microsoft Intune in hybrid Microsoft-365 environments You bring well-founded knowledge in Azure Entra ID, Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics and PowerShell automation, and you use this expertise in a targeted way from the perspective of a Platform Owner Your area: Our Group IT is the digital backbone of our organization.
