To strengthen our headquarters/our branch in Besigheim, we are looking for a: Praktikant (m/w/d) Human Resources Education: You take on the complete recruitment process of our training and DH courses You conduct pre-selection talks and are part of our interviews You design modern training plans together with the specialist areas You are involved in the planning, design and implementation of innovative learning events – e.g. our cross-site onboarding Operational HR – as close as any other place: You support HR management You first work certificates & recherchierst on personal business topics You work on personal projects such as BGM/BEM or assist in creating reports and statistics within the HR controller Knowing disciplinary processes, policy work and HR structures in practice We don't have a small subproject – you get real HR experience from A to Z.

Studies in BWL, adult education, economics, psychology and the like — ideally with HR focus Master study desirable, but no need First practical HR experience Time for up to 20 hours per week An open personality with team spirit, humor and genuine desire for collaboration across locations Safe handling of MS Office Responsibility, reliability and joy in holistic HR work Process and solution-oriented work
