Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team (approximately 30% leadership, approx. 70% operational cooperation) Cooperation in development projects from pre-phase to verification and production transfer Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements, product concepts and specifications Creation and coordination of system requirements, system architectures and technical interfaces Close cooperation with project management, other development teams and quality management Linking requirements, risks, technical measures and verification evidence Assessment of technical changes and support for system integration, verification and technical reviews Development and development of operational system development methods, processes and tools

Successfully completed technical studies in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, technical computer science or comparable discipline 2-3 years of experience in disciplinary and/or professional leadership Multiannual experience in technical product development, ideally in the environment of medical devices or other regulated products Experiences in requirements engineering, system architecture, risk analysis, system integration and verification Understanding regulated development processes, e.g. FDA, MDR, Design Control Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation with pleasure in building and developing processes Excellent communication and moderation capability as well as excellent knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
