You plan and run organisational investigations, determine the actual state and develop organisational solution alternatives in which you evaluate, for example, the necessary personnel use and digitalization potentials. To do this, you will examine organisational structures and organisational change processes and optimize them according to your results. You develop effective and efficient management concepts, implement derived measures and thus support the strategies resulting from the corporate objectives. In addition, review and review concepts of all organizational units with regard to personnel requirements, interfaces, responsibilities, transparency and their cost-effectiveness. You advise and supervise projects within the AOK Niedersachsen methodically and advise and train other specialist areas in terms of organizational issues.

You have a completed (special) university degree (Master/Diplom) in the field of economics or the health economy (required with the focus of the organisation) or alternatively have a completed (specialised) university degree (Bachelor/operator) in the field of economics in conjunction with several years of professional experience in process management or organisational development. Ideally, you are characterized by knowledge of organizational instruments and project management and have good knowledge of the moderation, presentation and rhetoric. You have certain knowledge of German and English (at least language level B2/C1).
