You are responsible for economic, budget and financial planning, evaluate strategic projects from an economic perspective and advise the areas in economic issues. You are responsible for financial and accounting, financial statements and liquidity management. In addition, you continuously develop controlling and reporting. You prepare payment and compensation negotiations, conduct them independently and take over the economic costing of social services to ensure sustainable refinancing. With your leadership skills, you will lead and develop the commercial employees and actively promote the optimization and digitization of existing structures and processes. You are responsible for the commercial risk and insurance management and ensure compliance with proper business processes as well as tax obligations taking into account the public service requirements.

You have a completed degree in business management, financial or social management or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience. You bring several years of experience in commercial management functions – ideally in the social economy – as well as in the leadership and further development of employees and convince with an appreciation and binding leadership style. Your well-founded knowledge in financial planning, accounting, annual financial statements and controlling allows you to safely and predictably manage commercial processes. Ideally, you are familiar with the financing structures of the social economy and the requirements of public utility law and have experience in the management of pay and compensation negotiations. You convince by strategic thinking, analytical strength and strong communication and implementation capability and bring openness to digital developments and a high identification with the values of AWO.
