Your duties Building and Continuous Development of the CS and Ideas Management at Büchen Initiation, organisation and support of ideas campaigns, competitions and information events Process coordination and support for the implementation of ideas, including project planning Training and coaching of employees, experts:inside and stakeholders Analysis, evaluation and reporting of key figures, such as submitted ideas, success of implementation and savings Responsible for the support and optimization of the “ImproVe” platform and local system support for the ideas management software Networking at global level: Exchange of best practices and successful ideas between GEA locations
