Your tasks with us:

• You are responsible for the mental care and care of our residents and perform medically prescribed measures and drug delivery
• you participate in Pflegeplanung and implement Pflegemeasure
• you document the care services and actively participate in the further development care quality
• you're begging a -estimating contact to our residents and their relatives and working together -confidentially in the team

• completed 3-year training as aage nurse, health care and nursing, nurse, nurse (m/w/d)

About our home and care facility:

The Living and nursing facility Max Schubert in Werdau is a home for adult people with mental and/or multiple impairment. The establishment belongs to the home of Sichem and is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Werdau.

Our facility includes several residential areas: a residential home with internal and external daily structure for people with mental and multiple impairment, a residential home for people with a high level of support and care, and several external housing groups, which allow for more self-employed living.
