You have a successfully completed commercial training You have been able to gain professional experience in a comparable position (customer service) You have a good technical understanding You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and may provide further European foreign language skills (ideally French) You are safe to use the common Microsoft Office applications You could already collect SAP knowledge You have a high degree of customer and service orientation, which is supplemented by your pronounced communication skills It distinguishes an independent and structured way of working
