What you can do with us: You build long-term, partnership-based customer relationships and encourage existing connections to strengthen the satisfaction and commitment of our corporate customers You win targeted new customers You accompany our customers in partnership with project financing with a focus on real estate / property development You will start credit decisions including an economic analysis of the financing request and the voting (nrG/rrG) You are responsible for the corporate customer's inventory management (e.g. evaluation for fulfillment § 18 KWG) You perform representative tasks You will convince us: You have a savings bank operator or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in corporate customer business and know the challenges and opportunities of the market You are interested in lending, financing and individual consulting solution You know yourself in the field of project financing with the focus on real estate/fund development You are familiar with regulatory requirements such as Basel IV and MaRisk You show pronounced analytical skills You bring full knowledge of the company's commercial product range as well as the private product range with You're touching?
