Conception & execution of target group-specific trainings to agree21 and Banking Workspace (presence, virtual, micro-learning, e-learning) incl. practical documents, quick guides and video-snippets. On-the-job coaching (TOJ): accompaniment of individual employees directly at work for the safe use of processes/transactions in agree21 and Banking Workspace. Floorwalking & Hypercare: Visible presence in the areas during/after rollouts, proactive support “at place”, spontaneous short trainings, collecting Pain points for quick improvements. Troubleshooting & 1st-/2nd-level user support (non-technical): reproducibility of application errors, derivation of workarounds, prioritization and escalation to IT/Atruvia via the ticket system; Follow-up to the solution. Release-Enablement: Translating Release Notes into bank-related instructions, preparing UAT/practice tests, communicating changes, updating the knowledge database. Demand analysis & impact measurement: Systematic survey of training needs, KPIs (e.g. time-to-competency, error rate, CSAT), continuous optimization of the training landscape.

completed bank or IT-related training; didactic additional training (e.g. trainee-the-trainer) desirable detectable application experience in agree 21 (e.g. navigation, typical processes in credit/passiv/ZB/Meldewesen) as well as sovereign handling of banking workspace (Widgets, Finding, Workflows) routine in TOJ-Coaching, Floorwalking and performing effective user trainings incl. Creating modern learning formats Troubleshooting Strength: Analytical Procedure, Problem Reproduction Ability, Clear Documentation; Basic understanding of ticket/ITIL processes (Incident/Change) and tools such as ServiceNow/Jira etc. high communication and consulting skills, didactic skills, structured and solution-oriented working methods; safe in presentation and collaboration tools nice to have: ITIL-Foundation, AdA/AEVO or comparable trainer certificates; Experience with UAT/Testscripts and KPI-Reporting
