building technician (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a home technician at Facility Management (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and maintenance: regular maintenance and repair of all technical facilities and installations, including building control.
• Coordination of external service providers: planning and monitoring of service operations by external specialist companies, ensuring the professional execution of the work.
• Quality assurance of repairs: verification of the proper execution of repairs and subsequent re-use of equipment.
• Compliance with technical and legal requirements: ensure that all works comply with current technical standards and legal regulations.
• Troubleshooting in the event of malfunctions: Immediate initiation of measures in the event of technical disturbances in order to restore the operational readiness of the plants as soon as possible.

They bring with them:

• Training: A completed vocational training in an electrotechnical or craft occupation, e.g. as an electronic, mechatronic, electrical installer or as a plant mechanic (m/w/d).
• Professional experience: First experience in the handling of industrial plants and building control technology is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
• License: possession of a class B licence.
• Craft skills: good craft skills and interest in technical activities.
• Flexibility and teamwork: high level of flexibility, team capacity and reliability.
• readiness for shiftwork: willingness to work in multi-layered operation and willingness to call.
