Maintenance Engineer Air Conditioning and Supply Technology (m/f/d)

Project responsibility for new and remodeling, maintenance and security of drinking water and energy supply (heating, building distributors, compressed air) Foreign company coordinator:in accordance with § 6 DGU V1, Budget planning and OE responsibility for drinking water and energy supply in WL as well as responsibility for central cooling water generation, ventilation and air conditioning Ensuring compliance with all test dates of systems subject to supervision, planning of statutory audits as well as maintenance of gas extinguishing system, sprinkler system, ground lines and rainwater pump systems Support for the OE leadership as an interface with authorities, contact person: for disposal at the site (representative of the waste officer) and coordination of all environmental and energy management measures with the energy and environmental officer Contact person:in for canteen and cleaning management on site

Higher education or master: in the field of electrical, supply, climate or electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience including project management for larger new and new buildings Deep expertise in technical building equipment, air conditioning/cold technology and/or supply technology as well as willingness to emergency service CAD and CAFM knowledge (e.g. DDC, CAD, CAFM, SAP) as well as very good general IT skills Flexibility, rapid understanding, independent, self-initiated and structured working methods and enforcement and communication skills
