Insolvency Clerk - Accounting (m/f/d)

We are one of the leading insolvency law firms and are part of the international law firm. Its core area includes corporate restructuring, restructuring and liquidation as part of insolvency proceedings, but also in advance of insolvency for the purpose of avoiding insolvency. You accompany and support the insolvency administrators:in the processing of insolvency proceedings, especially in the accounting of the payment transactions arising in the proceedings You carry out financial accounting in commercial and insolvency terms and organize the relevant documentation You have a maximally varied employment with all conceivable businesses, from start-ups to service and traders of all sizes. You accompany operations, possibly also on site You process simple tax issues and independently handle the correspondence

You ideally have completed training as a tax specialist (m/w/d), a comparable qualification (commercial or legal training) or relevant professional experience You bring first professional experience in insolvency management, but also professional starters and cross-enterers are welcome with us You are safe in handling MS Office applications; ideally, you have knowledge in handling winsolvenz p4 and LEXolution as well as accounting programs You are reliable, team-oriented, proactive, durable and work very carefully You have the talent to keep the essentials in mind even in high phases and to react flexibly to new situations that arise in the field of bankruptcy management
