You are an all-rounder with a great heart for service You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of employees of different qualifications in holistic facility management You are a central contact person and representative for our customers, users and external service providers (m/w/d) in the supervised objects You take project management tasks as part of project developments You ensure a smooth operating process in the daily business and continuously develop the service quality

You have a successfully completed vocational training – ideally with a training as a master or technician or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in facility management or in a comparable area You have a good technical understanding and work quickly into new topics You convince by your strong organizational and decision-making ability You work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented You are so confident, service-oriented and communicative and enjoy dealing with big customers (m/w/d)
