These challenges come to you: Development, planning, organisation and implementation of evidence-based concepts of occupational health promotion Development of strategies for sustainable implementation of operational health promotion in close coordination with our COC functions Advice and support of center/area managers within the field of occupational health promotion based on area-related needs analyses and epidemiological findings Preventively oriented health advice from employees in the occupational health service Effectiveness assessment and quality assurance of health promotion programmes Evaluation and, where appropriate, adaptation of the measures taken Preparation and organisation of meetings and protocols Implementation and adaptation of standard programs and processes of the Center Health & Safety Support for (partial) projects in different topics Service provider control, commissioning and controlling Education and maintenance of internal and external cooperations and networks, partly with active committee activity at the site Development and implementation of location-specific communication concepts

Ideally, you will bring: Complete study with a focus on health and sports. Professional experience in occupational health management and occupational health promotion, as far as possible in a large group Professional experiences in project management and moderation of working groups Knowledge and experience in strategy development Knowledge and experience in legal handling of external service providers and cooperation partners Experience in the design of communication concepts Experience in quality management Experiences in prevention consulting and motivational discussion Good computer identifiers (especially MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; as well as SAP skills as possible Motivation Team skills Additional information: It is a temporary agency.
