Task profile essentially:

• responsible pre- and post-processing, implementation, reflection and effectiveness control of educational support offers with regard to the individually agreed objectives of the people with impairment
• active, independent participation in target-plan discussions
• compliance with and ensuring proper management of documentation and reporting (creation, implementation and monitoring)
• individual promotion of the tenants by consulting, guidance, support and support to achieve the agreed educational goals
• implementation of necessary basic care measures, simple treatment care, medical regulations and support for therapeutic and medical measures/investigations
• interdisciplinary cooperation in the overall and participatory procedures (scientific exchange and networking)
• Organization, guarantee and compliance with the applicable quality and hygiene standards in the framework of the services offered by us
• Construction and maintenance of a viable, professional relationship with customers and other persons involved in the conveying process

Qualification | Requirement:

• health caregivers, educators, health caregivers, elderly caregivers or skilled workers with comparable qualifications with the willingness to work according to the schedule in shiftwork
• independent and responsible work as well as strong organizational ability
• Team skills as well as a valuable human image
• good communication and reflectivity
• secure computer skills (MS-Office and others) and willingness to participate in continuing and continuing training
