Our customer is a family company established on the market, operating throughout Germany and owner-managed in the real estate management sector. The company is responsible for residential and commercial properties in the Frankfurt and Bayern area.

You are responsible for the processing and control of incoming invoices and their structured further processing. The timely transfer of the documents via DATEV to the external tax office is guaranteed. In addition, you coordinate cooperation with external partners such as tax advice and personnel office and regularly coordinate with the management.

You have a commercial training or bring comparable practical experience in accounting. The first relevant professional experience as well as a safe handling of accounting processes and deadlines are yours. MS Office and DATEV dominate you routined; additional knowledge in a home management software is advantageous. You work structured, independent and reliable and feel comfortable in a personal, value-adding environment.
