Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for the field of external economic law Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2025_1288_02 The Central Department of Law advises the President, the Executive Board and the departments of the Deutsche Bundesbank on all legal matters, in particular civil law, public law and European law. We are looking for a full lawyer*in to perform the various tasks.

You advise on external economic law, the implementation of UN and EU financial sanctions, the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and other legal issues of compliance. You prepare the Bundesbank representatives in national and international bodies at meetings and represent the Bundesbank in consultations on the application and development of financial sanctions with the relevant federal ministries/authorities and international bodies. You also represent the Bundesbank in legal disputes before the administrative courts.

The first and second legal acts, both of which are pre­sented (at least 'completely'). In the case of additional qualifications (e.g. professional experience, relevant LL.M., doctorate or experience abroad), applications with a minimum ''complete'' and a high ''satisfied'' exam (at least 8 points) can be taken into account.
