You are responsible for digital banking and fintech products from the first idea to go-live, with real ownership over short, medium and long-term goals You work at eye level with development, design and data and bring the structure that makes great ideas great products You understand what our customers are really moving, for example through feedback, data and research, and convert insights directly into product improvements You actively promote innovation: whether automation, AI use cases or new features and find smart solutions before others ask the question You consistently maintain compliance and regulatory requirements because first-class products are built on trust You grow in an agile environment where your choices are counting and your ideas flow directly into the product

You have completed a degree with economic or IT focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science, BWL/VWL) with very good grades or have an equivalent qualification with You bring experience in the digital environment and have a good understanding of digital products, processes and technical relationships You think analytic and structured, make decisions on the basis of data and have a good sense of user needs You have a hand-on mentality and you like to work with different disciplines You communicate in German and English in word and writing
