Personnel Development Officer (m/f/d)

In this position, you develop and establish a staff development portfolio for LKH and are responsible for the continuous further development, implementation and support of the qualification and development programmes for employees and managers. You advise our employees and executives in the field of learning and development and give impulses to modern methods of didactics You will examine development needs and develop appropriate development plans together with executives You are responsible for the management and documentation of all training and instruction topics

You have a degree in pedagogy, psychology, adult education, or economics with a focus on staff and a comparable qualification You bring many years of relevant professional experience in the field of personnel development You already have experience in designing and implementing a personal development portfolio You like to develop self-responsive solutions and look beyond the rim of the plate Through your communication talent and binding and sovereign appearance, you can accept the needs of all stakeholders and offer holistic solutions
