Conception and further development of the IT architecture for groupware services as well as automated ordering and provision processes Analysis, design and implementation of solution variants within complex Microsoft and service management environments Optimization of interfaces between order portal, IAM, Active Directory and other backend systems Creation, implementation and documentation of test cases and automation of standard tests Creation of specialist concepts, service documentation, user instructions and presentation of results for stakeholders

Completed studies in an IT course or completed vocational training in an IT training profession or with several years of professional experience in the IT field Multiannual Experience in SharePoint and MS Exchange Architecture OnPremises Technologies: Enterprise, MultiFarm in Large Environments Experience with service management infrastructures as well as Active Directory (AD), Identity & Access Management (IAM), CMDB, order portals and connected backend systems Practical experience in testing applications on Groupware platforms and in Pega environments as well as using ALM tools and test management solutions along Application Lifecycle Management Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (min. B1)
